Roles and Responsibilities : Handling Inbound and outbound calls Handle outbound calls to generate leads for insurance sales, credit card sales, and BFSI products Meet daily targets set by the company for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, call volume, etc. Desired Candidate Profile : 0-1 year of experience in BPO, call center (fresher's can also apply). Strong problem-solving skills to handle multiple queries simultaneously. Excellent communication skills All Graduate, Undergraduate, Fresher's, Experience, Everyone can Apply.
