Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries and concerns in a timely manner. Meet daily targets set by the company for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, call volume, etc. Handle outbound calls to generate leads for insurance sales, credit card sales, and BFSI product s Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO, call center, or related field (fresher's can also apply). Strong problem-solving skills to handle multiple queries simultaneously. Excellent communication skills All Graduate, Undergraduate, Fresher's, Experience, B.tech Everyone can Apply.
