Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Attendance & Payroll Management

Manage daily attendance and leave records for site offices and Head Office staff.
Coordinate and verify monthly payroll inputs with the Accounts department
Ensure accurate salary processing, deductions, and statutory complianc.

Employee Lifecycle Management

Handle complete employee lifecycle from hiring, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, to exit formalities
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Ensure smooth induction and separation processes

Grievance Handling

Address employee grievances in a timely and professional manner
Mediate workplace issues and ensure fair resolution as per company policies
Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of grievances
Strong knowledge of attendance systems, payroll coordination, and labor laws
Experience in employee lifecycle management and grievance handling
Hands-on experience in performance management and employee engagement activities
Proficient in MS Office
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Min 5 to 6 years of relevant HR experience (construction / real estate industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of attendance systems, payroll coordination, and labor laws
Experience in employee lifecycle management and grievance handling
Hands-on experience in performance management and employee engagement activities
