Job Description

Role & responsibilities

driving corporate travel business by selling customized event/group travel solutions, focusing on corporate clients, managing client relationships, developing proposals for venues/flights/stays, and coordinating internally (sales, operations) and externally (hotels, DMCs) to ensure successful, profitable event delivery, leveraging technology for seamless experiences and revenue optimization

Lead Generation & Client Management:
Research, identify, and prospect corporate clients needing MICE services (team outings, sales kick-offs, conferences).
Solution Selling:
Understand client requirements (budget, goals) and propose tailored packages including flights, hotels, transport, activities, venues.
Proposal & Negotiation:
Create compelling proposals, negotiate pricing, and close large deals to meet revenue targets.
Internal & External Coordination:
Work with Operations, Revenue teams, Finance, Hotels, DMC partners, and Tourism Boards.
Strategy & Reporting:
Analyze sales trends, manage the sales pipeline, and implement strategies for market growth.
Customer Experience:
Ensure high-quality service and address client concerns to build strong relationships.
