Job Description

Position:

Key Job Responsibilities : -

Identify and Prospect potential corporate clients
Identify the engagement opportunity with companies Large Corporate, MSME in various industrial sectors as per the target business segment and convert their property, project, liability, Group Health, Group PA and other LOB through the broking company as per the role and responsibility.
Present Insurance relevant insurance plan and pitches to customers.
Identifying new insurance clients in Renewable, corporate, logistics, warehousing and transportation segment.
To build Sales Funnel for the Business from above segments to achieve targets, growth and profitability.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.

Technical / Functional / Domain Skills require

Insurance industry product and market dynamics
Understanding of client and insurance requirements
Insurer relations
Relationship management with clients
