Job Description

Position - Key Accounts Manager - Govt & Private Projects

Location - Mumbai

Reporting to : VP - Sales & Mktg

Exp : 8 to 10 Yrs

Role Overview:

To develop relationship with key Govt depts., CPWD/PWD,MES and PSUs and associated Agencies (including Architects) for large Govt projects
To develop relationship with Architects & Contractors/Developers for the specifications in large volume private projects
Identify business opportunities, Work with Govt.departments & Architects for Identifying leads, specifications and generating sales in govt & private projects and delivering revenue targets
Manage the entire sales cycle - Lead Generation/Tender participation/Technical presentations/Specifications / Coordinate with the Contractors for Orders
Track Govt procurement Portals, Tenders & Provide Market intelligence on Competitors

Qualification & Skills:-

Graduate in Business/Mktg - MBA preferred -
8-10 years experience in B2G & B2B Sales
Strong knowledge of Govt procurement procedures (Gem Portal- e tendering, rate contracts etc)
Proven track record of achieving the Targets in Govt, PSU & Private Accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to network with Senior bureaucrats, Govt officials and Architects
