You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the companys overall success. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of front-line sales executives. Drive sales performance by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Provide ongoing training, motivation, and support to the sales team. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent growth. Build strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with marketing and operations to align field activities with broader business goals. Analyze sales data, identify trends, and optimize sales performance. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory guidelines. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. Minimum 12 years of team management experience in life insurance or similar sales domain. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and take initiative. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
