Job Description

Business Development / Marketing Executive

Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through online research, social media, and professional networking platforms.
Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
Present and promote IT services such as web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, and other software solutions.
Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
Maintain and update client databases, ensuring follow-ups for closures and conversions.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, online promotions, and brand-building activities.
Achieve monthly/quarterly targets set by the management team.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Good understanding of IT services, software, or web-based products (preferred).
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification:

Preferred:
BE/B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, MBA, BBA, or any equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
Freshers
with excellent communication and a strong interest in business development are encouraged to apply.
