Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage auto loan sales from lead generation to disbursement, ensuring timely processing and customer satisfaction. Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for leads, networking with dealerships, and leveraging market knowledge. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues related to loan applications, documentation, and collections. Maintain accurate records of transactions, updates customers on loan status, and provides regular feedback. Desired Candidate Profile 1-6 years of experience in auto finance or banking industry (preferably). Strong understanding of various types of loans such as Car Loan, Commercial Vehicle Loans, Used Car Loan etc. . Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel) is essential; familiarity with CRM software an added advantage.
