Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Architect, located in Pune. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural designs, overseeing projects from conception to completion, and ensuring smooth project integration. Key responsibilities include creating and reviewing design plans, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, implementing sustainable design practices, and ensuring project milestones are met within set timelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience in Project Management and handling multi-phase developments
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration concepts
• Strong knowledge of sustainable design practices and local building codes
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional experience in high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects is a plus
