STEP is a multi disciplinary Consultancy firm based in C R Park in New Delhi. We design Townships, Institutes, resorts, Hotels and Residences.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Urban Designer based in South Delhi. The Urban Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and refining urban planning and architectural concepts. Daily tasks will include creating comprehensive large scale project plans, designing buildings, and ensuring designs align with clients needs and company's vision. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team and engaging in site analysis and project reviews.

Qualifications

Urban Planning and Comprehensive Planning skills.
Experience in Architecture and Urban Design.
Proficiency in Landscape Architecture.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Urban Design, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field preferred.
