Urban Designer

As an Urban Designer Cum Architect at our firm, you will play a crucial role in developing and refining site plans, conceptual designs, and master plans tailored to meet client needs, local regulations, and environmental considerations. Your responsibilities will include: - Incorporating sustainable design principles into urban planning, with a focus on energy efficiency, green spaces, water management, and creating pedestrian-friendly environments. - Demonstrating expertise in developing master plans for projects of various scales. - Conducting comprehensive site analysis encompassing land use, transportation systems, and infrastructure to make informed design decisions. - Overseeing projects throughout the planning and execution phases, ensuring timely completion by coordinating with diverse professionals. - Displaying the ability to thrive under pressure, meeting tight deadlines effectively. - Leading a team and fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders. - Demonstrating proficiency in relevant codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. - Utilizing the latest software and integrating new technologies into project workflows. - Bringing relevant experience in zonal plans/local area plans, and TP schemes to the table. - Identifying new growth opportunities and representing the firm to support its expansion.
