Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Architect, based in Pune. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, integrating innovative solutions, and ensuring projects meet design, functionality, and aesthetic standards. They will collaborate with clients and team members to manage designs from concept to execution, while adhering to timelines, sustainability goals, and client requirements. Project management and coordination with various stakeholders will be key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Experience or proficiency in Software Development and Integration, as it relates to design processes
• Project Management expertise, including the ability to oversee multiple phases of design and execution
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in design and modeling software like AutoCAD, archicad, or similar tools is preferred
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and local building codes
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Relevant architecture or design certifications are a plus
