Key Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to master plans, redevelopment proposals, urban transformation projects, TODs, and city-level frameworks.
• Prepare site analyses, design concepts, zoning/regulatory studies, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials.
• Develop public-realm and streetscape designs with a strong understanding of placemaking, mobility, and sustainability.
• Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support preparation of RFP responses, DPRs, feasibility studies, and project reports.
• Integrate climate-responsive design, nature-based solutions, and resilience strategies into urban proposals.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and junior team members as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in architecture with Master’s in Urban Design, urban regeneration, or related fields (preferable).
• Minimum

  5+ years

  of experience working with design/architecture/urban planning firms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp/Revit, and presentation tools.
• Strong conceptual thinking, analytical abilities, and graphic communication.
• Knowledge of planning regulations, development controls, zoning, and urban policy frameworks.
• Excellent writing skills for concept notes, proposals, and reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
