Role Overview

Senior Urban Designer / Landscape Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex urban design and landscape projects from concept to completion.
  
• Develop innovative design concepts, master plans, and landscape strategies aligned with project goals and client expectations.
  
• Coordinate with architects, planners, infrastructure engineers, and environmental consultants to ensure integrated design delivery.
  
• Supervise design documentation, presentation materials, and technical drawings.
  
• Review and ensure compliance with local planning regulations, design standards, and sustainability principles.
  
• Mentor and guide junior team members, providing design and technical leadership.
  
• Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
  
• Contribute to business development, proposal writing, and project bidding processes.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in

  urban design principles, public realm planning, landscape design, and sustainable development

  .
• Proficiency in

  AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, SketchUp, Lumion, GIS, and Revit

  (preferred).
• Excellent

  conceptual thinking, visualization, and presentation skills

  .
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
  
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and client interactions.
  

Preferred Background

• Experience in large-scale

  urban redevelopment, township planning, infrastructure corridors, waterfronts, or institutional campuses

  .
• Exposure to

  international design standards and multidisciplinary collaboration

  .
• Experience working with public sector, private developers, or international design consultancies.
