Senior Consultant Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project teams across all stages, from design through construction administration.
• Develop, generate, and manage architectural design and project drawings.
• Coordinate effectively with architecture and engineering disciplines to execute design concepts.
• Function as a designer where required to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.
• Communicate and collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare letters, emails, and other correspondence to clients and stakeholders.
• Supervise and manage project sites as needed.

Education and Qualifications:

• B.Arch. / M.Arch. from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years in a reputed architectural firm, with significant exposure to large government projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of planning, tender drawings, GFC drawings, and presentation drawings.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision and project management.
• Proficient in preparing and managing contract documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to independently define and detail architectural concepts, conduct limited code review, and perform program analysis.
