We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Consultant Architect to support our project teams on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will bring over 10+ years of proven experience in technical design development, detailed architectural drawings, and coordination with multiple agencies. Prior experience in government-aided, large-scale projects is essential. Key Responsibilities: Assist project teams across all stages, from design through construction administration. Develop, generate, and manage architectural design and project drawings. Coordinate effectively with architecture and engineering disciplines to execute design concepts. Function as a designer where required to ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery. Communicate and collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Prepare letters, emails, and other correspondence to clients and stakeholders. Supervise and manage project sites as needed. Education and Qualifications: B.Arch. / M.Arch. from a recognized institution. Minimum 10 years in a reputed architectural firm, with significant exposure to large government projects. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD. Strong understanding of planning, tender drawings, GFC drawings, and presentation drawings. Hands-on experience in site supervision and project management. Proficient in preparing and managing contract documentation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to independently define and detail architectural concepts, conduct limited code review, and perform program analysis. This is a contract-based position for candidates who can work independently, demonstrate leadership in coordinating complex projects, and maintain high standards of technical detailing and documentation.
