Senior Architect with 10+ years’ experience in architectural design development and detailing Experience in planning, working drawings, submission drawings and presentation drawings are essential. Experience in healthcare projects is desirable.
· Assist project teams and work on a variety of projects from design through construction administration.
· Generate and manage the development of architectural design and project drawings.
· Interface/coordinate architecture and engineering disciplines to develop and execute architectural design concepts.
· Function as a designer to the extent necessary to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
· Client interaction and teamwork with service consultants.
· Maintain regular correspondence with the clients and document them.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution, with good knowledge of computers and English language.
· Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, Revit and BIM.
· Experience in construction and contract documentation (Manual and Revit)
· Ability to independently define / detail architectural concepts and perform limited code review and program analysis.
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
