Business Development - Proposal Lead

Urgently require experienced B.D. resource for our Delhi office.Graduate/ Post Graduate with atleast 5 years experience and good understanding of external/ ODA funded procurement/tender process, Proposal writing & documentation and good networking aptitude. Self-motivated, Outgoing, extroverted and pleasing personality, willing to work hard and having good communication skills in English required. Candidates from Planning background having proposal writing and B.D. experience is desirable and will be advantageous.

Experience:

• Experience in Full tender packaging for internationally funded assignments (Approach & Methodology, Workplan, formatting, compilation).
• Experience in writing Reports/ Concept/ Proposals for projects
• Ability to work under pressure or deliver tasks in tight timeline
• Ability to communicate effectively with the team
