Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively search and bid on relevant projects via Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour.

• Write personalized, compelling proposals that showcase Codexecelerate’s expertise.

• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to create accurate project estimates.

• Communicate with clients to clarify needs, negotiate terms, and secure projects.

• Maintain regular follow-ups to convert bids into long-term relationships.

• Track, report, and optimize bidding strategies to meet targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive.

• Strong command of written and spoken English.

• Understanding of software development, web & mobile apps, SaaS, UI/UX, and IT services.

• Ability to craft client-centric proposals (not generic copy-paste bids).

• Goal-driven with strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus.
