Job Title: Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Upwork Bidder / Online Bidding Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with online bidding and client communication on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid on various freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.)
• Generate leads and communicate effectively with clients
• Write customized proposals to convert leads into projects
• Coordinate with the technical team for project estimations and delivery planning

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in online bidding or business development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of IT services and client requirements
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from our Zirakpur office
