UPVC Associate - Staffing & HR Services 30000 INR / Year Job Title: UPVC Associate Role Description Servicing the needs of the customers i.e. obtaining orders, establishing new customers, architects, developers and organizing daily work schedule to follow up and retaining existing or new clients. Keep up to date knowledge of the products. Manage information by submitting daily activity reports and, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly. Meeting with Dealers, Architect, Builders on regular basis. Meets marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements. Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, competitor s strengths and weaknesses. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development. Achieving the Sales Target and following up assigned reports Salary: 30K Primary Responsibilities The UPVC role is to understand the overall d cor of the house and to help the customer make the choice from the various colours and finishes Converting & Execution of those sites Handling customer with queries with respect to function of their interior Cross selling the leads to D cor Category Following up Proper Consultation process Maintaining the assigned reports Credibility Building with customer & servicing the high satisfaction and achieving NPS rating Role Requirements / Specifications Qualifications Essential : Graduation Experience Essential : 2 years in excel work and customer handling experience or site execution or related to Doors /Window company Functional Competencies Good Communication Confident Demeanor Proficiency in written and spoken English (Local language) Behavioral Competencies Customer Service Meeting Sales Goals Closing Skills Self-Confidence Product Knowledge Presentation Skills Client Relationships Excellent sales skills Initiative and enthusiasm Good planning and organizational skills, The ability to work calmly under pressure.
