About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Environmental Artist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in creating stunning and realistic natural environments within Unreal Engine 5 for architectural visualizations and real-time experiences. If you have a keen eye for detail, a love for nature, and a strong understanding of environment creation workflows, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

Create photo realistic natural environments, following landscape drawings with foliage, rocks, and water features, within Unreal Engine 5.

Build realistic optimized assets and scenes to be used in Stills, animations and real-time experiences.

Collaborate with architects, designers, and other artists to achieve project goals and ensure visual fidelity aligns with project requirements.

Utilize and optimize photogrammetry assets and scanned data to enhance realism.

Texture and light environments to create immersive and believable scenes.

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Unreal Engine 5 and environment creation techniques.

Proven experience creating high-quality environments in Unreal Engine, ideally with demonstrable experience in Unreal Engine 5.

A strong portfolio showcasing realistic natural realistic environments and strong artistic skills.

Proficiency in modelling software such as 3ds Max or Blender.

Excellent texturing skills using Substance Painter/Designer or similar tools.

Understanding of environment art pipelines and optimization techniques for large scenes and realistic quality.

Knowledge of lighting and rendering techniques within Unreal Engine.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points:

Experience with Houdini or other procedural tools.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Blueprint.

Experience in architectural visualization.

Passion for games and real-time interactive experiences.
