Junior Architectural Technicians

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of 3d models created in Blender by the design team and to identify any discrepancies in the model against the architectural plans and specifications.
  
• Prepare detailed reports outlining identified issues, including clear descriptions and references.
  
• Collaborate effectively with design team and client teams to ensure timely rectification of deficiencies.
  
• Assist with the development and implementation of quality control procedures.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / a related field.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an architectural setting (or internship experience).
  
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings and construction documents.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
