Location: Pan India (Extensive Travel Required)Experience: Minimum 5 Years in Sales (Preferably EdTech / Higher Education Sector)---About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated University Partnership Manager to lead Scholar Bench’s engagement with universities across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong institutional relationships, presenting our EdTech solutions to top management, and driving successful subscription partnerships.---Key ResponsibilitiesTravel extensively across India to meet and engage with universities.Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with higher education institutions.Deliver persuasive product presentations and demos to top-level decision makers (Chancellors, Vice-Chancellors, Registrars, Deans, etc.).Build trust-based relationships with stakeholders to establish long-term collaborations.Negotiate contracts and close deals with universities in line with company goals.Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.Provide market insights and feedback to strengthen product positioning.---Key RequirementsMinimum 5 years of proven sales experience (EdTech, SaaS, Higher Education, or Institutional Sales preferred).Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence top management.Excellent negotiation and deal closure skills.High energy, self-motivation, and result-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.Willingness to travel extensively across India.---What We OfferOpportunity to work with a fast-growing EdTech company revolutionizing higher education.Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Growth opportunities and career advancement.
