University Partnership Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven University Partnership Manager to build and manage strategic alliances with universities, colleges, and higher education institutions. The role involves identifying partnership opportunities, managing relationships, and driving collaborations that align with the company’s growth in the EdTech and education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new university and institutional partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with higher education stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the company and partner institutions.
• Understand partner requirements and align them with company offerings.
• Negotiate agreements, MoUs, and contracts with universities.
• Coordinate with internal teams (academic, operations, and product) to ensure smooth execution of partnerships.
• Organize and participate in university events, seminars, and workshops.
• Track, monitor, and report partnership performance and outcomes.
• Explore opportunities for joint programs, certifications, and learning initiatives.
• Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in B2B partnerships, institutional sales, or university relations (preferably in EdTech/education industry).
• Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of higher education ecosystem and trends is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
