Role Summary
The
University Operations Manager (UOM)
will serve as the
single point of contact for partnered universities post-MoU
, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational readiness before academic programs commence.This role is pivotal in
managing end-to-end university onboarding
, driving collaboration between internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all contractual, operational, and academic milestones are achieved on time. The ideal candidate is an execution-focused professional with strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
University Onboarding & Operations Management
- Own the entire post-MoU onboarding lifecycle for multiple universities simultaneously.
- Drive execution of MoU finalization, service agreements, and escrow account creation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for curriculum alignment, infrastructure readiness, and website integration.
- Ensure integration of the admissions process with university systems and conduct training for university staff.
- Monitor progress through centralized trackers and dashboards, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior university stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationship maps for each partner university to identify key decision-makers and operational contacts.
- Conduct weekly review meetings with university leadership and internal functional teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between universities and cross-functional teams (Legal, Tech, Operations, and Academic).
Execution Excellence & Risk Management
- Identify, escalate, and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure zero-delay program launches.
- Implement SOPs and best practices to streamline post-MoU execution processes.
- Ensure seamless handover to the Academic Program Operations team once onboarding milestones are completed.
- Continuously analyze processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

🎓 Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Partner Success, Client Servicing, Enterprise Onboarding, or Higher Education Partnerships.
- Demonstrated success in managing multi-stakeholder, high-value project delivery.
- Experience working in fast-paced, growth-stage companies is essential.
- Familiarity with university or education operations is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred.
