Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Unit Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Pune. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team to achieve sales targets. Daily responsibilities include developing sales strategies, coaching team members, building client relationships, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service and meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and building successful customer relationships
Leadership skills, including team management, providing motivation, and setting performance benchmarks
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Analytical abilities and experience in sales forecasting, market research, and problem-solving
Adaptability, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
Prior experience in the health insurance or related industry is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
