Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Sales Manager, located in Ahmedabad. The Unit Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving the assigned business targets by managing a team of sales professionals. They will oversee recruitment, training, and mentoring of team members to ensure optimal performance and alignment with organizational goals. Other key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and implementing initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and company profitability.

Qualifications

Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and business development
Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is highly preferred
