Description We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Unit Sales Manager for our Health Agency team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a sales team, and building relationships within the health industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the health agency sector. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives to enhance performance and productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the health industry. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role, preferably in the health agency sector. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
