Job Description

Drive, motivate and support the team on DC level
Secure the performance from the DC
Work in the front with optimization and continuous improvements
Have close cooperation with Sales and Operation

You are the decision maker in supporting the organization regarding the processes. You set the bar high when it comes to safety, quality, re-thinking and creating new ways to work.

On a personal level , you want to coach, motivate and develop people. You are a team player who knows where and how to influence the organization, your stakeholders and you put the customer first. In addition, you possess the following skills:

Experience in leadership and lead Change Management in a feedback culture.
10+ years experience as a manager and with Lean/Six Sigma
Strong exposure in 3PL
Fluent in English and in both verbal and writing and possess excellent communicative skills.
