Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end recruitment
for UK/Europe IT positions across multiple technologies.
Source qualified candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, networking channels, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening to evaluate
technical fit, communication skills, and overall suitability
.
Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback cycles with candidates and clients.
Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for European markets.
Understand job descriptions thoroughly and match candidate profiles accordingly.
Maintain weekly recruitment trackers and consistently meet hiring targets.
Ensure a positive and professional
candidate experience
throughout the recruitment process.

Handle client communication, gather requirements, and guide junior team members when needed.
