Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UK Healthcare Recruiter located in India. The UK Healthcare Recruiter will handle daily tasks such as sourcing, interviewing, and matching healthcare professionals with job opportunities in the UK. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process from start to finish, collaborating with clients to understand their staffing needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to perform effectively in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
• Experience in International Hiring (6 months - 3 years)
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Flexible regarding shift timings (UK/US/Out of Hours)
• Knowledge of UK healthcare regulations and compliance is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any field
