About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UK healthcare recruitment, with a strong understanding of compliance, sourcing channels, and client coordination. You will play a key role in connecting qualified healthcare professionals with reputable employers across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for healthcare roles (Nurses, Care Assistants, Doctors, Allied Health Professionals, etc.).
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and international databases.
• Coordinate interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.
• Ensure candidates meet healthcare compliance standards.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and recruitment partners.
• Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records and documentation.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment, preferably for the UK/ US market.
• Strong understanding of international healthcare hiring processes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems and online sourcing tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
