UI/UX Experience Designer

Profile Overview :

creative and talented Experience Designer

Key Responsibilities :

1. Conduct user research to understand target audiences, their behaviors, pain points, and needs. This includes user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
2. Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize ideas and test design concepts using AI tools.
3. Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that align with user needs and business goals, ensuring consistency in design across the product.
4. Design appealing and functional UI elements (e.g., buttons, icons, menus) with a strong sense of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure design quality and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate designs to improve the user experience.
7. Contribute to or maintain design systems, ensuring cohesive branding, UI consistency, and efficient scaling of design across multiple platforms.
8. Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across different devices and screen sizes (mobile, tablet, desktop).
9. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements :

1. 2-4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a product-focused or technology-driven environment.
2. Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar with AI tools.
3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and design thinking methodology.
4. Strong visual design skills with a solid portfolio demonstrating work on mobile and web applications.
5. Proven ability to create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with attention to detail.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate with various stakeholders.\
7. Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting analytics to inform design decisions.
8. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process

Preferred Skills :

1. Experience with prototyping tools
2. Familiarity with animation and interaction design principles
3. Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices
4. Experience working in agile development environments
