Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX Experience Designer, located in Surat. The UI/UX Experience Designer will be responsible for conducting design thinking sessions, creating visual and interaction designs, developing user experience strategies, and working on instructional design for various projects. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and impactful web solutions.

Qualifications

• Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) skills
• Visual Design and Interaction Design skills
• Instructional Design skills
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Surat
• Experience with design tools such as Figma or Sketch
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
