UI/UX Designer

Job Description

X-Ack is an early-stage cybersecurity startup focused on transforming how professionals learn and engage with security. We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to help craft intuitive, elegant, and user-centered experiences that power our next-generation learning platform and security tools. Key Responsibilities Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications Translate complex user flows into clear wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to implement and iterate on designs Develop and maintain a scalable design system aligned with X-Ack’s visual identity Contribute to overall product strategy through user-centered design thinking Required Qualifications We are not looking for a specific degree — we value skills, creativity, and problem-solving above formal education 2+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or product design roles (startup or SaaS experience is a plus) Strong portfolio demonstrating well-crafted interfaces, dashboards, or interactive web/mobile applications Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma , Adobe XD , or Sketch Strong understanding of responsive design , user accessibility , and interaction principles Ability to translate complex concepts into simple, elegant user experiences Excellent collaboration and communication skills across design, product, and engineering teams Comfortable working independently and iterating quickly in a remote-first , fast-paced environment *Required Interested applicants, please send your portfolio and resume to hr@x-ack.com
