X-Ack


We’re looking for builders who want to write real code, work on real systems, and grow rapidly in a fast-moving environment. You'll be contributing directly to backend services and infrastructure that power critical features and user experiences.


💻 What You’ll Work On
  • Build and maintain

    RESTful APIs

    , microservices, and internal tools
  • Write clean, scalable code using

    Node.js

    ,

    TypeScript

    , and

    PostgreSQL

  • Integrate with external services and internal components
  • Work on

    authentication

    , deployment pipelines, background workers, and more
  • Collaborate with security engineers, front-end devs, and product leads
  • Debug, test, document, and optimize code for performance and reliability


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • No degree required

    — we care about your skills and problem-solving approach
  • Solid understanding of

    backend fundamentals

    , API design, and databases
  • Experience with

    Node.js

    , Express (or NestJS), and SQL-based databases
  • Comfortable with Git, CLI, and writing modular, maintainable code
  • Bonus: Familiarity with microservices, Docker, message queues (like RabbitMQ), or Redis
  • Curious, proactive, and willing to dive into unfamiliar systems
