UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:
Truckrr, an online marketplace and solution provider for truckers, is seeking a passionate and experienced UI/UX Designer to create user-centric designs that improve the experience of our digital products.

Eligibility:

• Bachelor's degree in Design (Graphics, Visual Communication, Interaction, Products, etc.)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong understanding of design thinking and user-centred design processes.
• Expertise with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop) to create wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.
• Proven experience in designing for iOS and Android platforms, following official guidelines (HIG and Material Design).
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, and visual designs.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, UXPin, and Quartz.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Sketch, InVision, Visio, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of user behavior, personas, and aesthetics to ensure the creation of user-friendly and visually appealing designs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Understand user behavior, define personas, and translate business goals into design solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and storyboards to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Produce high-quality UX design solutions using tools and techniques such as flow diagrams, site maps, and interactive prototypes.
• Design intuitive interfaces and visual elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and other components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to maintain best practices in design and user experience.
