Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Onsite

Location: Deployed at Transporter’s Office – Chennai & Tamilnadu Regions

Employment Type: Full-time | Field-based | 6 Days a Week

About the Role:

Truckrr is hiring a dedicated Customer Support Executive to be stationed onsite at a transporter’s location, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Driver Management as a Service (DMaaS) model. You will handle on-ground driver operations, manage trip and salary execution using Truckrr applications, and generate reports and insights for the client.

Reporting To:

This is a cross-functional role, where the executive will report:

  • Operationally to the Transporter (Client Site Manager/Owner) for day-to-day coordination, vehicle productivity, and driver availability.
  • Functionally to the Truckrr Customer Support Manager, who will guide on platform usage, service standards, reporting formats, and overall delivery of Truckrr DMaaS.

Key Responsibilities:

Driver Operations & Monitoring

  • Monitor driver attendance, shift planning, and trip creation daily.
  • Source, onboard, and allocate verified drivers from Truckrr HERO App.
  • Ensure all vehicles have assigned drivers and are operating at full fleet productivity.

Payment Management via Truckrr App

  • Use Truckrr ONE platform to manage trip logs, salary payouts, and incentive approvals.
  • Ensure driver payments are correctly processed with full transparency.

Reporting & Meetings

  • Extract daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and driver analytics.
  • Present operational insights to the client during weekly and monthly meetings.
  • Collaborate with Truckrr Customer Support Manager for dashboards and escalations.

Upselling & Additional Value Services

  • Identify opportunities to upsell services like:
  • Diesel card integration
  • Toll management
  • Insurance
  • Truckrr Credit (invoice-based financing)
  • Promote Truckrr as a single-stop solution for fleet efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1–3 years experience in transport operations, logistics, or field coordination. ( Fresher can also Apply)
  • Proficient in using mobile apps, dashboards, and digital payment systems.
  • Familiarity with fleet operations and driver payroll.
  • Good communication in Tamil + Hindi + working knowledge of English.
  • Willing to be deployed full-time at the client location.

Compensation:

₹18,000 – ₹28,000/month (based on experience & location) , Freshers Rs.15000/- Month.

  • Performance incentives on upsell conversions (increase in productivity, diesel, toll, etc.)
