Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and marketing team to design engaging and intuitive digital experiences for our web and mobile applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and design intuitive user interfaces
Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows
Design aesthetically pleasing and user-centric UI elements and layouts
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to enhance the product experience
Translate design concepts into functional user interfaces
Ensure consistency of brand and design standards across all platforms
Work with development teams to ensure proper implementation of designs
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies

Requirements:

1–2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a plus
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
