Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2-3 years of hands-on experience who can turn user insights into intuitive, functional, and aesthetically pleasing designs. Bonus if you can support basic graphic design tasks like banners, social media posts, and branding collateral.

Key Responsibilities:-

Design clean, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile apps (UI)Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes (UX)Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement designsConduct user research, usability testing, and apply insights into the design processEnsure designs are consistent with brand guidelines

Support With Graphic Design Tasks Like

Social media creativesMarketing bannersPresentations & basic print material (e.g., brochures, flyers)

Requirements:-

2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX DesignerStrong portfolio with web/app UI workProficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or SketchWorking knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or CanvaBasic understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX principlesBonus: Motion graphics or basic animation knowledge (After Effects, Lottie)

Soft Skills:-

Creative thinker with attention to detailGood communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyOpen to feedback and a team player
