Your work will directly impact how parents navigate the parentune support in their daily journey—from baby care and learning courses to community-driven advice. You’ll be shaping experiences that reduce stress and bring joy. Your work will have a direct impact on the quality of childhood for millions of children. Every screen you design will touch lives and make parenting a little bit easier and a lot more effective. 🔧 What You'll Do Solve complex, emotionally loaded parenting problems with intuitive, meaningful mobile UI designs Create wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity prototypes, and user flows for new features and product improvements to help parents Work closely with Product manager, Engineers, and Content Experts to build user-centric features from idea to implementation Conduct quick usability tests and feedback loops to continuously improve UX Keep mobile UI patterns modern, fresh, and accessible Advocate for the user, be the voice of parents and children in every product discussion, ensuring empathy is always at the core 🧠 What You Bring 1–3 years of experience designing UI/UX for mobile platforms (msite/Android/iOS), ideally at a UI/UX Design Agency or a fast-moving product startup team A portfolio that reflects a keen eye for clean UI, user empathy, & problem-solving Comfort with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or whatever helps you build magic Understanding of UX research and user flows with the ability to break down problems into testable, scalable design solutions A genuine love for improving lives through your designs Eye for layout, typography, and color Ability to balance speed with detail Bonus if you’ve worked on apps with emotional or behavior-driven use cases Awesome in case you are good with Graphic design too Graphic & Brand Design (As and when needed) Create social media creatives, ad banners, decks, emailers, and more Help define and maintain brand visual style across all platforms Design icons, illustrations, and other visual assets Work closely with content/marketing teams to bring campaigns to life 💖 What You'll Love A mission with meaning—your work will directly impact parenting and childhood experiences for millions Ownership from Day 1—your ideas won’t sit in a backlog warehouse Work with a passionate, fast-moving team that gets design and values user-first thinking Real users who care deeply about what we build and why we build it An inclusive and learning-driven culture that supports your growth Space to build, learn, and push ideas ✨ Let’s design a better childhood, a more joyful parenting.
