You’ll be experimenting, executing, and scaling what could become the next big growth lever for Parentune—be it a product, partnership, or a playbook. Think of this as a Co-founder in training role—with high stakes, real ownership, and the mandate to move mountains. 🔥 What You’ll Do Launch bold new initiatives that drive user growth, engagement, or monetization Own 0→1 experiments—from idea to MVP to scale Build partnerships that unlock revenue or distribution Hack together GTM campaigns with little to no budget Make sense of chaos—prioritize, execute, and keep the momentum Ship fast. Learn faster. Take an idea on Monday, ship something by Friday Act as the Founder’s extension—handling ops, opportunities, or fires as they arise Turn problems into possibilities with data, grit, and clarity ⚙️ Who You Are You’re obsessed with execution—you don’t wait, you make it happen You’ve built, sold, scaled, or hacked something—side hustle, startup, or a project You love ambiguity and chaos—and you turn it into action You’re a people magnet—you can pitch, close, and influence You’re equally at home writing a cold email, building a pitch deck, running a survey, and launching a WhatsApp community You have 2–5 years of battle-tested experience: startup ops, D2C, GTM, founder's office, special projects or your own venture You believe the best marketing is solving real problems Above all, you have the insatiable hunger to build something that truly matters 💯 Bonus Points If You’ve...
