UI UX DESIGNER Experience : 1–3 Years Location : On-site – Hauz Khas, New Delhi About PanScience Innovations (PSI) PanScience Innovations is a venture studio driving the development of cutting-edge AI-powered products across diverse sectors including healthcare, law, education, and media. We bring together cross-disciplinary teams to build high-impact, scalable solutions that solve real-world challenges. As part of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience for our next-generation platforms. Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–3 years of professional experience to join our in-house product team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong user-centered design thinking, visual design capabilities, and the ability to translate complex user needs into elegant, functional digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user-centric designs Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms Support creative needs including landing pages, marketing assets, and internal tools aligned with the company’s growth initiatives Contribute to the design and structure of company websites and product applications Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback and insights Ensure consistency in visual design, interaction patterns, and user flows across multiple platforms Maintain and evolve design systems and UI guidelines for use across products Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX design Qualifications & Skills 1–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards Experience working in cross-functional teams within agile environments Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working on SaaS or AI-driven products Exposure to branding, web design, and cross-platform product interfaces Knowledge of no-code/low-code platforms such as Webflow (preferred) Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): What is your current CTC (in ₹) and how soon can you join us (in number of days)?
