Position: UI/UX Designer Location: Noida (Freelancing, Remote, Hybrid) Experience: 2 to 5 Years Salary: As per industry standards Company: Sociapa Ventures Pvt. Ltd. About the Role: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to create engaging, user-friendly digital experiences across websites, web apps, and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to turn complex problems into intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing designs. You’ll be working closely with developers, marketers, and product teams to craft seamless digital journeys that align with our clients’ branding and business goals. Key Responsibilities: Translate concepts and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Design interfaces for web and mobile platforms, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility. Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs. Maintain and improve UX across digital assets based on user behavior and analytics. Work on brand-aligned visuals, iconography, color palettes, and typography systems. Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously innovate design processes. Requirements: 2–5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role. Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop , or similar tools. Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first approach , and usability principles. Experience with prototyping tools and user testing methods. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not mandatory. A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work across web and mobile applications is required. Good to Have: Experience in eCommerce, D2C, or branding-led design environments. Motion/UI animation experience (After Effects, Lottie) is a plus. Exposure to design systems and component-based UI architecture.
