Mars Data Hiring full time UI/UX Designer for Mumbai/Pune l ocations Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Expected CTC: 4 - 6 INR Experience: 2 - 3 years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Job Type: Full-Time Must-Have Skills: 1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role 2. Strong portfolio showcasing UI designs and UX case studies 3. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD 4. Basic experience with animations or transitions using tools like After Effects, Lottie, or Figma Smart Animate 5. Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design principles • Good-to-Have Skills: 1. Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (preferred, not mandatory) 2. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) 3. Familiarity with motion design tools or libraries like Lottie, Framer Motion, or GSAP 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities 6. Knowledge in Sketch, or InVision Responsibilities: 1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers 2. Design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences 3. Create UI components, interaction patterns, and visual designs for web/mobile applications 4. Design simple animations and micro-interactions to enhance user experience 5. Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback to improve designs 6. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs 7.
