UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Ensure consistent implementation of design systems, style guides, and UI patterns across all products.
• Analyze user feedback and data to iterate and refine designs.
• Work with the development team during implementation to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Prepare UI/UX documentation, design specifications, and assets for development handoff.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in UI/UX design within the IT or software development industry.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics (plus, not mandatory).
• Understanding of Agile workflows and design-development collaboration.
• Experience with UX research methods and usability testing.
• Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
