Business Development Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing IT/Web Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through online portals such as Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer, as well as initiating cold calls to explore new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and business through bidding portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
• Write compelling cover letters and proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Understand client needs and communicate them effectively to the technical team.
• Conduct cold calling and follow-up emails/messages to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Keep up-to-date with Web Development technologies and trends to offer relevant solutions.
• Work closely with the sales and development teams to align client expectations and project deliverables.
• Convert leads into long-term business partnerships.

Technical Skills Required:

• Familiarity with Web Development services and platforms such as:
• WordPress, Python, Wix, Squarespace, Web flow
• PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Understanding of IT terminologies and digital services.
• Knowledge of proposal creation, client negotiation, and closing deals.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in online bidding and business development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a passion for sales and business growth.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Information:

• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM / 8:00 PM To 5:00 AM
• Salary: As per industry standards
• Incentives: Project-based performance incentives available.
