Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and motivated WordPress Developer with at least 6 months of hands-on experience to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, designing, and building responsive WordPress websites, themes, and plugins. Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and maintain WordPress websites using themes and custom code ● Create responsive and mobile-friendly designs ● Customize existing themes and plugins as per project requirements ● Implement basic SEO best practices and website performance optimizations ● Troubleshoot issues and bugs related to WordPress websites ● Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure quality output ● Stay updated with the latest trends in WordPress and web development Requirements: ● Minimum 6 months of experience in WordPress development ● Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP ● Familiarity with popular page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg ● Experience working with cPanel, hosting, and domain setups ● Understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, widgets, and shortcodes ● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines ● Good communication and problem-solving skills Nice to Have (Bonus Skills): ● Knowledge of WooCommerce ● Experience with Git or version control tools ● Basic understanding of on-page SEO ● Exposure to website speed optimization tools (e.g., GTmetrix, Google PageSpeed Insights) Perks & Benefits: ● Friendly and supportive team environment ● Flexible working hours ● Learning opportunities and skill development ● Performance-based growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 29/06/2025
